• Chad Franks

    ENTREPRENEUR and CONSULTANT

    Chad Franks General Counsel Award

    Devotion / Discretion / Professionalism

Mr. Franks is a seasoned entrepreneur, trial attorney, and business consultant. He is licensed to practice law in five states, and currently spends his time overseeing several of his own businesses.

From 2008 through 2017, Mr. Franks served as VP and General Counsel to a staffing company in Irvine. In 2015, the Orange County Business Journal awarded Mr. Franks its coveted General Counsel Award. During those ten years, the company grew from $13M to approximately $100M, and boasted 16,000 employees. Mr. Franks resigned from this position in December 2017 to pursue entrepreneurship.

From 2001 through 2008, Mr. Franks was a partner at Campbell & Franks, which represented nearly 200 victims of child sexual abuse. Those cases garnered survivors over $200M in compensation. That heart-felt work cemented the foundation for what Chad has applied to his day-to-day practice since 2001: "devotion, discretion, and professionalism."
